Harrow Council are leading the way to deliver 1,500 new homes, workspace and various amenities to the area over the next 10 years. Milton Road is the first project of the Harrow Strategic Development Partnership between Wates Residential and Harrow Council which will see the underused site on Milton Road transformed into affordable housing. The Milton Road development will see 23no apartments and 10no townhouses built.
Avis Mechanical were awarded the Mechanical package by Wates, the works include installation of:
- Heat interface units
- District heating
- Sprinkler systems
- Underfloor heating
- Heat recovery ventilation
- Dry risers
- Cold water booster sets
- Trace heating
- Rainwater systems
- Fit-out of bathrooms & kitchens.
