Jon has accumulated a wealth of experience during his journey to Managing Director of the company. The knowledge gained during the many roles he performed at all levels within the business, from engineer to contract management has left him well placed to understand and meet the demands of individual clients.

His impressive list of personal certification supported by his practical experience and knowledge means that he is ideally qualified to solve any issues faced by clients
Chris Barlow Site Manager
The “elder statesman” of the team; another vastly experienced individual who has encountered just about every situation imaginable in relation to mechanical installations yet still learning. His vast experience accumulated covering every role on site to his current position means that his knowledge has been invaluable in providing client solutions
Gary Vialls Site Manager
The latest addition to the management team, Gary brings with him considerable experiences of site operations enabling him to identify efficient and effective client solutions.. He also boasts an enviable range of certification as testament of his technical knowledge and expertise in relation to mechanical installation and system maintenance
In addition to the normal range of safety management duties to ensure front line managers, supervisors and operatives are supported; Tim is responsible for the management, auditing and updating of the company management systems and external certification.
Maria joined Avis Mechanical in 2008 originally responsible for all project support matters from procurement to finance including tenant liaison on large Decent Homes project. Maria has now progressed to a dedicated finance role allowing her to build on her accounting background utilising skills previously developed outside of the construction industry.
Catherine joined the team in 2014 to provide administrative support on a variety of business functions.
Now, working in partnership with Tim, Catherine is responsible for ensuring good health and safety practice on site and for the maintenance of external accreditations.
She is a qualified first aider, fire marshal, internal auditor and IT support technician and has recently achieved her NEBOSH NGC.
Weronika is the newest recruit to the Avis Group and was recruited to assist in the increasing day to day administration required as a consequence of the company’s expansion. Her previous experience in a variety of roles outside of the construction industry have left her well suited to meet the day to day demands of clients and colleagues across a wide range of business functions from customer care through to procurement.
