In partnership with construction partner Wates, Westminster Council are working to redevelop an underutilised site on Luxborough Street, Marylebone, into a new housing development. The development will deliver 14no one and two bedroom social rent and intermediate rent homes for local people as well as a flexible use community space.
Avis Mechanical have been appointed the Mechanical package by Wates which includes the installation of:
- Air source heat pumps
- Sprinkler systems
- Underfloor heating
- Heat recovery ventilation
- Dry risers
- Cold water booster set
- Trace heating
- Rainwater systems
- Fit-out of bathrooms & kitchens.
