After receiving permission in June 2021, Westminster City Council and Wates have partnered to build new homes on the site of former Balmoral Castle Pub and Darwin House in Pimlico. The project will deliver 34no much-needed affordable housing and new community supported homes to the Churchill Gardens Estate by replacing existing homes with better equipped, more energy-efficient homes in line with modern standards.
Avis Mechanical have been appointed the Mechanical package by Wates which includes the installation of:
- Exhaust air heat pumps
- Sprinkler systems
- Dry risers
- Cold water booster sets
- Trace heating
- Rainwater systems
- Fit-out of bathrooms & kitchens.
