Working with London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, Mulalley have successfully completed two phases of the regeneration project which has seen the creation of energy efficient, family-sized, affordable housing to the Dagenham area.
Phase 1 has provided new high quality housing with improved links to the neighbouring park. It consists of 30 two, three and four bed houses and 59 one and two bed apartments of which 7 are wheelchair adaptable units.
Phase 2 of the project has provided an additional 69 homes.
Avis Mechanical were appointed to undertake the mechanical installation on both phases which included:
- Communal heating plant to serve 59 apartments
- Gas fired central heating to 99 houses
- Heat recovery ventilation
- Dry risers
- Cold water booster sets
- Rainwater systems.
