The completed scheme will provide 517 new homes; including a mixture of private sale and London affordable rent apartments and houses, as well as an underground basement car park, 6 commercial units, a community centre and an 85-bedroom Premier Inn hotel.
Working on Phase 3 and 4 of the project, Avis Mechanical were appointed to undertake the mechanical installation of:
- Heat interface units
- Heat recovery ventilation
- Domestic water services
- AOV system
- Sprinkler system
- Dry risers
